We met new authors, musicians, creators, and trendsetters through our contests. We made this practice the main gateway for their books to be published by the publisher.

What is The Difference Between the Ommie Awards and Other Awards Out There?

First of all, the Ommies are not in competition with anybody.  We honor and celebrate every individual and organization that is recognizing the best in the conscious and spiritual communities. We are proud to work alongside them to honor and amplify the best voices.

Having said that, there are some advantages to the Ommie Awards.  We don't expect the nominee to do everything to encourage voting for them.  OMTimes is in a unique position to promote the nominees as we vigorously encourage voting in our different categories to our 2.6M+ followers across our networks on social media bringing the nominees even greater exposure.

In addition, we highlight the winners both at an online gala awards ceremony and also in a special edition of OMTimes Magazine.

The Website is confusing. How Can I Navigate Through So Many Categories?

We Understand, but the Massive nature of this site is due to the rich and diverse facets of The conscious, Spiritual, and Holistic Communities. Therefore, we hope to embrace all of these aspects, honoring and supporting them.

For that reason, we created a Site Index we tenderly named Ariadne Thread.

Ariadne, in Greek mythology, is the daughter of Pasiphae and the Cretan king Minos. She fell in love with the Athenian hero Theseus and, with a thread of glittering jewels, helped him escape the Labyrinth after he slew the Minotaur, a beast half bull and half man that Minos kept in the Labyrinth.

How Many Categories Can I Compete?

Each nomination is one entry, one category only.

We are a different brand of Awards and want to make things easier for everyone. So we created the Ommies to Spotlight the best Creators, Visionaries, Changemakers, and Influencers. We believe that  Consciously you can nominate yourself up to two categories. One as a Practitioner and another with your product, book, program, or Course.
 For instance, someone that published a Book In Astrology may also want to nominate himself as a Best Astrologer practitioner. That would be two entries, two categories.

Do I Need to Pay to Vote for Someone?

Absolutely Not. 
We aim to better understand the next generations of Spiritual and Conscious Visionary leaders and Changemakers.
We welcome public participation and Interaction. However, we rely on our audience to gauge their potential and capabilities.

What Is the Code Field  On the Nomination Form, Next to the Telephone Number?

That is the country code. As OMTimes Media and Broadcasting attends to the conscious community worldwide, we wanted to make it easier for the people submitting entries to be easily accessed, In case of some extemporaneous changes. 
 If You are In The USA, You don’t need to use that code. Just ignore it.
